• Access to Property: You agree to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

3. Payment and Billing

• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and checks.
• Late Payments: Unpaid balances may incur late fees, and continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure that areas to be cleaned are accessible and free from hazards.
• Remove fragile or valuable items from areas to be cleaned.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: You may cancel services by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
